What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy is an extremely powerful and effective technique originated by Marisa Peer, combines the most beneficial principles of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). The conscious mind only controls 10% of who we are, using our willpower to control behaviours, the conscious mind is always overpowered by the subconscious mind’s greater influence, which is creative and intuitive. Accessing the subconscious mind via hypnosis allows for rapid recovery and rewiring of the incredible subconscious mind for the positive healing process to begin. During therapy, we access the memory to pinpoint the limiting belief, working below the surface guiding you to continue with unwanted non-serving behaviours. Once identified, we work on letting go and replace it with empowering new beliefs through powerful suggestions, cell command therapy, healing, images and a variety of proven techniques. RTT delivers permanent change from physical, emotional and psychological pain by reframing core beliefs, values, habits and emotions, to change your life and give you the freedom you truly deserve.


What sets RTT apart from other therapies?

Rapid transformational therapy embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression, and hypnotic conditioning. However, RTT goes beyond, diagnosing what works with real clients in real sessions to build a new therapeutic approach.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a normal natural state of mind, like when you lose track of time, drive on automatic, you go into this state many times during the day, it is focused yet relaxed awareness, it can harness the subconscious mind which is highly receptive to suggestions. Modern-day hypnosis is a science, not magic, which began in the late 18th century. Its a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience, that offers fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP and CBT. Working with the Alpha brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. By

rapidly rewiring the neural pathways of the brain, RTT replaces

outdated belief systems and negative patterns of behaviour.


Can anyone be hypnotised?

Anyone willing to follow instructions can be hypnotised and be assured you cannot be hypnotised against your will. You are always in control and it works best when you really want to make changes in your life. Hypnotherapy is therapeutic and very different from stage hypnosis as seen on TV. Hypnotherapy is not recommended for anyone diagnosed with seizures, epilepsy, serious mental health issues such as bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorder or hallucinations.


What issues can RTT treat?

Here are some of the issues RTT has been proven to successfully treat; -Addictions, Anxiety, stress and depression, eating disorders, confidence and self-esteem, life purpose, motivation, fears and phobias, fertility, grief and trauma, physical and chronic pain, migraines, sleep issues, relationship issues, sexual problems and weight Issues.

How do I participate in the therapy?

We would work together to uncover the meaning and interpret various events and review the outdated beliefs and replace them for desired ones, to accomplish permanent powerful change. In doing so you will be required to listen to the personalised recording for a minimum of 21 days. This is essential because the mind learns through repetition. Think of sports professionals training for a competition, they never stop practicing they continuously train to achieve success, and this is no different to you working on changing your behaviour. It’s also helpful to know that the mind likes what is familiar and therefore you may feel some degree of resistance at first but by continuing to listen to the recording, the resistance will pass. Intensifying your concentration and hyperfocus as your subconscious mind will absorb every word it hears and every suggestion that it’s told, the new beliefs will be cemented into your subconscious mind ready for the healing process to begin.

What does RTT deliver?

Permanent change in one to 3 sessions.

Discovers the root, the cause and reason for the issue, uncovering limiting beliefs, liberating, and freeing the past by changing the meaning attached to it. Empowerment using a technique called Role Function, Purpose, it honours and values the significance clients attach to their issues/problems and offers a powerful emotional release for them. Command Cell therapy as a modality for purposefully healing the body, as opposed to positive conditioning alone. Draws out ‘unfinished business’, meaning it is a technique for addressing the trauma that clients have been holding onto for many years. Upgrading the Child offers a therapeutic space for dialogue with significant others.

What does it feel like to be hypnotised?

The experience feels different for different people, some drop into hypnosis quickly and remain still with eyes closed, others take longer and may partially open their eyes. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of effectiveness… it is working I promise. You’ll be conscious and alert through the session and have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, and open your eyes. During the session I serve you as a non-judgemental therapist, guiding you in a safe environment.


Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?

No! You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave (I’ve had clients who had to stop to pee before!). If our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.


What if I don’t “go deep” enough?

Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It's really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. Just tell yourself the truth - “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.


What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what is required.


What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal - you will be OK.


When will I start to see changes?

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different:

i. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session.

ii. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

iii. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and realise all of the things that are different in your life.


What if I need or want another session?

RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Clients experiencing trauma, depression and anxiety are likely to require 3 RTT sessions. These are likely to be carried out approximately 4 weeks apart.


Do you offer additional support upon completion of RTT?

Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors. For these reasons I am offering a 12 week Forever Peace Program for those who want to continued support on their change journey.
